Houston Texas

I actually never thought I would ever make it to Texas. But here I am in Houston
and I think I kinda like it here. The people are friendly and the weather is great.
And you know I'm going to mention the real cowboys out here.
Its a beautiful city with plenty of things to do, including restaurants, theatres,
night clubs, museums, ect. ect.
Ok enough of that stupid G rated crap. Underneath all this nice stuff
you must still remember that it is Texas and it cant be all that
great of a place especially since our national idiot is from here.
Yes ladies and gentlemen im in BUSH country.
I've been living at a Holiday Inn just North of Down Town Houston. Its been pretty
fun getting to know the staff here. We're in pretty tight here. They even walk
my dogs if im busy.lol. Everyday I expect a call from Heather the fierce red head
who likes to smoke...." I just made fresh cookies....come and get em while theyre hot."
I almost fight the urge to just hang up, for the weak knees start shaking just
thinking of how good those cookies sound at the moment but know I really shouldnt
be eating them. I tell her shes bad for my waste line and need to stop making those
damn cookies. The good thing is that when I do manage to bring some up to my room
my big dog Beau gets to them before I even get a chance. Im my own way im pretty
thankfull he does that. Thanks to me the hot tub is alway running 24/7. I have all
access to the pool area at whatever hours i'd like. Like today, I made sure to inform
the 3 Marines who were checking in that the hot tub is open late here. They seemed
filled with joy to hear that. That might be an entire blog of its own one day.
Oh and of course....I cant forget to mention the POT out here. It just never stops.
I can be constantly high if I wanted to thanks to a friend Shay, a grommer at petco,
she basically gave me a shit load for free. She's such a sweetheart. She invited
over one night to her place and we just smoked and chatted for hours. Till of course
the Arab looking boyfriend decides to wake up and have a hissy fit that we were
up till 5 in the morning talking so "god damn loud!" At this point I knew it was
time to leave.
With a constant flow of travelers coming and going its almost like being at an
airport. New faces everyday, some good some not so good. But just like a busy
airport theres always a good amount of good looking people. Of course I walk
around the hotel with my dogs all the time so thats always a way in to talk to the
hot guy on the second floor who seems to speak postugees. hot.

Share my World

So my need to feel connected has pushed me to create a blogspot once again. I remember having one of these a long time ago. Not even sure why or when I took it down. I'm sure it might still exist somewhere out there in the vast world of the internet. But anyhow, now its time for a new and refreshing place for me to share my experiences with people back home or new friends I've made along the way. I also have plenty of journal entries from the past year that I would like to share. Traveling has definitely created a strain on my relationship with friends and family back home and I feel terrible about it, which is why I hope this site will help you understand why I just cant go home and leave this incredible journey go to waste. I'm learning so much and seeing even more. Of course its hard to stay in contact with everyone at all times, especially when I'm in the middle of fucking nowhere at times. And I understand that life goes on in Los Angeles even when I'm not there.....which I'm devastated to acknowledge. We all have lives to live but I hope that with me making the effort to stay connected my friends and family will as well.

I would love to share stories of the people I meet, the places I go, the animals I encounter. From small to large towns people opinion vastly changes and I'm there with them sharing my views on things. From politics to love....from cars to cows, Redneck hicks to gay sex.....I fear no topic even with the smallest of minds. From sunrise to sunset each day is an adventure and each meal is a banquet. I'm out living life to the fullest and trying my best to deal with all the ups and downs that go along with this crazy life on the road.

As I get ready to hit the road again I will prepare myself to be able to share as much details of my days with all of you. Of course this site will always be "a work in progress" and I will love input from anyone. If you like what you read and want to hear more just drop me a line and let me know what really tickles your fancy. In my opinion theres no such thing as crossing the line, so expect some over the top things that can just offend about anyone really.
